I suggest reworking it or at least not doing this again.

  1. The latest bonuses for elemental connections, in the first season they were approximately equal for all factions. Now there is a strong bonus for ice; for other factions, even compared to the first season, it has become worse.
  2. Why were the defense sets removed, these were the only sets with a defense bonus, now there is unnecessary resistance, before that there was a resistance set, whoever wanted could wear it. Now the relevance of passing the vampire is minimal.

Resistance actually takes center stage in season 2 pvp. This move was smart. It helps make it easier for people to make a choice.

Ice is very strong but I think you are misreading some things.

Fire /necro has a lot of multi hit heroes thus season. Mainly focusing on those burn heroes. Each hit of a skill will give you a stack per target. The best dpe heroes will easily stack this to 4-6 stacks. 45% attack at max. It isn't so bad. They just wanted to make the new heroes shine.

Lightning and poison are poison damage over time and electrocute which are both derivative damage. Again this is receiving a permanent 10% damage bonus which is also fine since a poison team is already strong and I expect so will electrocute.

Ice/radiance, again focused on the new heroes, ice blast, any heroes other than ice blast will not be able to make much use of this.

We already know iceblast heroes are doing great un vortex and not good in pvp.

Fire and neceo are a manage in pvp and electrocute is right there with them.

Yes, they kind of pushed older heroes to the back burner, but I am excited to see the teams people will build around this.

They also gave the season's best tank Quaesitia a +45% defense pvp leader skill. If you could still do the sets, that would be 75%. You can still do this with hp, but hp doesn't protect as well as defense does.
This is coping at this point, but making a point. I also miss the defense but welcome the resistance.

I don't agree with everything. Almost no resistance is needed. We need heroes who can remove debuffs or prevent them from being applied. Yes, resistance is important in PVP, but it will not save you if the enemy has more accuracy, and defense will save you in any case, whether you have resistance or not. I also don’t agree with the connections, who plays with electric shock or combustion? The donors who have been promoting the new banner a lot, all the rest are still from the old degenerate heroes and do not have compositions. Also, before, the latest connections gave general bonuses, and not like now for new mechanics. This should be more universal.

I can't disagree on the affinity. Just stating why it is the way it is.
Resistance definitely is something you want in pvp. The way things are right now, it will make the difference between having 5 or 6 debuffs on you at all times or 1-2.
You can't make the argument "accuracy will nullify it" because if you don't have resist to begin with, then people in turn don't need accuracy to completely disable your entire team and not even let you use 1 ultimate skill the entire fight.

When i look up to the lightning team, it is the lowest Bonus for them, only 10% at Vortex and single Bosses. When you change it that the stacks up over time and not only after killing adds it would be better for all lighning teams. The other bonuses is instead without killing other adds, then you dont have adds in bossfights 😉

I wrote about it. only light and ice have a good permanent bonus, others have a weak and not permanent one. in the first season everything was great, everyone had their own bonus, but everyone had a stable and necessary one.
