Just got the last tier on for Ice/Radiance in S2, and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I'm dealing the same exact damage as I did before getting it.
Every other tier of physicore when I got it, I could notice a definite increase when using the same team/same gear. Is the final tier for Limpidity supposed to be this underwhelming?

I had the same feeling. Couldn't notice a difference in my damage. felt like a bug to me, too.

Clanmate of mine said it improved Belldelle hit from 490k to 510k, seems a touch underwhelming tho

That's about a 4% increase in her damage at least. If I had my damage increased in temporal by 4% I would definitely seen it in results from temporal vortex. 4% would be around 3 million extra damage in temporal vortex. I ran a few runs in vortex and I got almost the exact same damage.
