The Phoenix fight is not working as intended. Attached are screenshots of every phase of the fight, and the description that each time a hatchling dies, the main Phoenix should loose 15 of its max hp. Assuming minimal collateral damage, and no healing given by the hatchlings, after slaying 3 sets, the boss would have lost 90% hp from the hatchling deaths + any damage suffered from the start of the fight and from splash damage.
From the screenshots you can see that the boss is actually taking closer to 5% damage upon each death of the hatchlings. My assumption is that the damage reduction from the hatchlings being alive is applying to the damage from slaying them.
In my fight, I deal, at minimum,50% of the boss max hp in direct damage, but even after slaying 8 hatchlings (120% boss max hp), the boss is still alive.
