The Phoenix fight is not working as intended. Attached are screenshots of every phase of the fight, and the description that each time a hatchling dies, the main Phoenix should loose 15 of its max hp. Assuming minimal collateral damage, and no healing given by the hatchlings, after slaying 3 sets, the boss would have lost 90% hp from the hatchling deaths + any damage suffered from the start of the fight and from splash damage.

From the screenshots you can see that the boss is actually taking closer to 5% damage upon each death of the hatchlings. My assumption is that the damage reduction from the hatchlings being alive is applying to the damage from slaying them.

In my fight, I deal, at minimum,50% of the boss max hp in direct damage, but even after slaying 8 hatchlings (120% boss max hp), the boss is still alive.

Kindly be noted that This 15% is the initial damage value, if there is a damage reduction buff on the BOSS at this time, this damage will be attenuated by this damage reduction buff
As well as the boss's defense value and other damage reduction buffs, they will attenuate this damage value, causing its true value to not reach 15%.
