Battle skills failing

So if a bunch of ults go off in during a slow battle skill like journs, if it goes off just before the flame leaves his staff the ulti (even allies ulti) interrupts the flame. There have been MASSIVE arena bugs, including people not taking dmg when they should and much more, its insane
