Bleddyn only gives Atk up to himself if he is the one with highest atk

tooltip says he gives atk up to the hero and an ally with highest atk

Also just realised tooltip says 'Ice Crystal' Ally instead of 'Ice Blast'

Kindly be noted that the game is up such that if Bleddyn's attack is greater than other 'Ice Blast ' heroes on the field, this buff will only be added to himself. In addition , The translation issue has been reported to be worked on as soon as possible.

Then either skills description is wrong or you need to add an extra line to state this cause its stupid it works this way

It clearly says hero and highest atk ice blast ally(which cant be himself cause he is the 'hero')
