lothair's ultimate timing isn't 20s

i use the same skill timing for my vortex team daily but after the update i go to do my vortex as usual then i find out that lothair's ult skill is more than 20s! So that's destroyed my run after a couple minutes from the run he started missing the def pen debuff. Tried to test his time at the dummy so i used another 3 random heroes with zero skill haste (20s ult just like him) and he is slower than them. Tried to adjust the timing for my vortex team by 0.1 and it wasn't enough
