Nastjenka skill is not working properly as the numbers of its stats

After update my Vortex team cannot hit the same damage as yesterday with the same condition. I realized someone already reported this issue, which Nastjenka’s skill is getting slower than other characters even though their base skill haste stats are the same. I tried without the pre skill timing setup, made the skill firing time same with another character but still it is getting slower. Please fix this issue as soon as possible
