I encountered a bug where my Nastjenka falls out of sync with my Vortex team even though her presets and the set intervals shouldn't allow that. In the screenshots you can see my team presets (Iola first, then Ivellios and Nastjenka at the same time) as well as Nastjenka's recharge time for her ultimate. In the video I recorded you can see that in the beginning of the fight everything works according to the presets. At around 5 minutes you can see that Nastjenka starts falling behind Ivellios slightly and from that point on it spirals out of sync. Towards the end of the fight Nastjenka is so much behind that the attack up from Oggok wears off before she gets to her ultimate.
