I have Run Catherine in Fey Meander for approx. 12 battles now with the Artifact: 'Arcana Cube'. I currently have it at 50% success rate for Proccing on Battle Skill Cast... It has not Procced once in 12 Fey Battles?

Role ID:1537564298578665472 Character ID: Drywall ----Not doing a video, as there is a 50% chance for it to cast... It just has not cast in like 15 battles now?
