Upon checking we confirmed that the artifact is effective with Adolphus . It is possible that the trigger probability is high.
However for testing you can compare the shield generated by wearing the artifact and not wearing the artifact with keeping all the equipment the same.

I tested it on other heroes
If u have +75 enlightenment buff you can see it on Buff List
Also shield of Adolphus is same with or without this artifact

Please send me proofs that it is effecting on Adolphus like this.
