The seasonal Snow graphic add on, for the map, has caused problems.

Once the map was covered in snow, my graphics became very slow. I have a new laptop ASUS TUF Gaming A17, so I have plenty of speed on hand, I am running on BlueStacks App Player.

#1 Issue: I played this game for many days with very fast graphic interaction. Now the graphics are struggling to keep up, even when I enter into "Campsite". The lag is very slow.

Anyhow, the graphics are lagging tremendously slow.

#2 Issue: At the same time, when the Snow Graphics were added, the upper left corner mini-map, became corrupt also. When I click on that, the land image shows, all the roads and towns and places to go with portals, etc... Anyhow I have about 0.75 seconds and then a "pink color-blanket of color" fills the screen mini map and I can only see the icons for such things as, portals, lairs, gates, towns, and luckily the marker tracker for quest at hand.

#3 Issue: I don't have any graphics issues with the "many other games" I run on BlueStacks App Player. Something has happened with the update download(s) that had occurred.

okay, everything worked out, downloaded on my laptop and clicked on the correct icon on the opening screen to change over to my current game, without needing to totally start over. I am very happy about the results. Thank you very much. I am once again enjoying the game. The lag is gone.
