The problem here lies in the lack of energy if you talk about leveling the hero level. In getting equipment and runes, there is a luck factor, you can go 10 times to the dungeon and get everything you need, there is no such thing with crystals to pump one hero up to LVL 100, only 200 potions are needed, and this is at least 25- 26 visits to goblins (3) , moreover, at first You'll have to get to that point. And now imagine that you only need 30 heroes of the 100th level for another world, it's just exhausting.
My suggestion on this point is to greatly increase the drop of potions and crystals on these dungeons
- There are practically no bad characters in the game and that's good, it would be better if they were completely absent. But the problem lies in the key characters, without the same frubat you will not close a good part of the content and this list can be continued for a long time. But the problem goes further , there is a synergy of the elements and it is changing . The old characters are not strengthened, there are too few new ones to cover the needs, from here it turns out that a good part of the content for f2p players simply disappears. The problem is further aggravated by the fact that the number of legendary characters is already more than epic and the same problem with artifacts, and you keep adding them, moreover, many of those legendary characters simply do not play alone,
My suggestion is to take into account the changes in the elements and add more epic heroes and artifacts
