Im at the spot where the gnome asks for a steel drill bit. The two gates to the north are locked and the gate to the south says "talk to ergander". There is an ergander inside the camp who won't talk to me and another outside the camp who also won't talk to me. The steel drill bit quest is telling me to go through the south gate. No idea how ergander is supposed to get me through the gate if he can't be communicated with?
