#bug on Garrika in attacking team for pvp

I have been using Garrika and observing her passive effect for around 50 battles in attacking team of pvp

My conclusion is that she has seriously bug and need to be fixed

  1. Sometimes she starts with ulting right away at 0 sec
  2. Her ult can’t reduce 25% ult energy even though she applied debuff “ unbuff” ( I equip the artifact boost 20% more chance of debuff on ult)
    She can’t reduce energy pretty much 100% of the time in attacking team

Note : in defense , she works correctly. I always see her to reduce energy from her ult

Conclusion: a useless hero in attacking team because skill doesn’t work properly. Plz fix her
