I suggest summoning needs to improve greatly. For what ever reason you can cannot select any of the new exclusive heros in the events proposed this season.
The first event seems to have them, but only by chance. I have spent an exuberant amount of money to gamble with this process. Only to lose on even summoning a single one of them, nor a second to experience what the season has to offer with the trinket.
If it's this games intention, that only players willing to spend 10's of thousand dollars on such activities like this, you will most like have 10's thousand other reasons why no one is willing to participate.
This game will need to appeal to loosening its restrictive qualities. I would feel better after blowing 500 bucks on achieving even a pity roll, that I could make one finial pick from the heroes that are exclusively promoted, even if it's from the only 3 that you develop each season. Just once! That would be so entirely gratifying, rather spending way more than I care to admit to gain absolutely none.
Anyways... after participating in your new hero line up and not gaining a single exclusive, I am seriously reflecting on the idea of cutting my loses and moving on. I understand the game must be collect revenue, I just don't see myself spending even close to the amounts you project to experience the game fully.
