Hey, Rose can't heal or cleanse because no friendlies can be next to the boss... somehow. The melee spaces in Tempest should be adjacent to the boss.
I made a previous ticket but found the response both unhelpful and likely unnoticed. Making the case again here where you can see I'm not the only one with this Rose issue - she needs a fix, even if it is only for Tempest.
