When I upgraded to season 2, I lost all of my chartacter levels, all are at 1. Also, all of my artifacts are level 0. Please help.

Below are the reset rules for every season:
When a new season starts, some of your data will be reserved, while the rest will be cleaned. You can obtain plentiful Echo of Clepsydra from Otherworld Exploration. the Echo of Clepsydra that was obtained in the [S0] will be automatically converted into Pure Sandcore at a ratio of 100:1. You can collect the Pure Sandcore rewards at the Chaos Clepsydra in the new season, then you can use Pure Sandcore to redeem special rewards. Here are rules to retain and clean.
Partial reserved:
- Your unlocked heroes, their Skill Level, and Inspiration Level will be reserved. All your heroes will be reset to Lv.1 at the beginning of each season.
- Your unlocked Artifacts will be reserved. All your Artifacts will be reset to Lv.0 at the beginning of each season.
3.Essence of Creation obtained through Heliolite Dice Summoning will be retained at a certain percentage, regardless of whether it is consumed or not. Also, bonus Essence of Creation will be issued in the next season based on the current season's progress.
All reserved: - Your unused Pure Sandcore , Wyrmarrows, Dragon Crystals, your dice used for summoning heroes, skill scrolls, unused Monthly Card and unused Imprint Stone will be reserved .
- All your Avatars and Avatar Frames will be reserved.
All cleaned:
1.At the beginning of a new Season, you need to explore the world once again to obtain ability points. - The Elemental Affinity rules are subject to periodic changes, and the Affinity Level will be fully reset; your unlocked exploration and combat skills will be reserved, and their level will remain unchanged. You can assign your character's attribute points during each new season.
3.The world will be once again covered in fog, and you will need to re-explore the world to unlock teleport points.
4.All items that are not mentioned will be reset. Please refer to the specific reserved list by clicking setting>Clepsydra Trail.

Thank you for the quick response. I am unclear how to get my levels back for characters and artifacts. They are all there just with no levels. What do I need to do?
Or are you saying everyone is supposed to be level 1 and artifacts are to be level 0?

You can use EXP Potions in the upgrade system to level up your heroes, thereby greatly improves the basic attribute of heroes. When reaching the current max level, players can further enhance their heroes' attributes and max level through improvement. The main ways to get EXP potions include:
- Engage in and win the battles while exploring dungeons and maps.
- Purchase experience potions.
- Explore dungeons to get EXP potions.
When heroes reach 3-Star Improvement, they can wear Artifacts. Artifacts can be exchanged by consuming specific materials in the Artifact Shop. Artifacts can also provide heroes with attribute boosts and unique enhancements. These boosts can be further enhanced alongside the Refinement level of the Artifacts. I hope my reply will help you.

I don't think I am being very clear. I had at least 6-8 heroes that were level 100 and a dozen at various other levels.I had 4 artifacts that were level 20. I fully understand how to gain experience and level up artifacts. Everything is reset. I already earned the levels. Now I am back at level 1 for characters for everyone that I have already invested $ and battles with.

Dear Traveler,
When a new season start all the heroes and artifacts will be retained however they will all be reset back to the default level and you will have to level them up again from the start alongside exploring the world again and unlocking dungeons.

So everyone is at ground 0? All of the work has been lost? That is cool. As long as everyone else who plays is having to start over. This isn't a glitch?
