@topaz heron After the start of the new season, the rewards that have not been claimed in the old season and the mailbox will be emptied. Before the game maintenance, we have corresponding announcements to notify players.

but at the same time every email had time expiration, and the time remains of those mails were longer then the end of season 1, and start of season 2. It wasn't clear info. That's why I wrote this post as a bug as a complain. And I was sure that I could collect it on s2, based on that expiration time
