Tathlyn is a fairly okay Rally hero, that seems to be a mix between DPS and Rally provider.
However, the Rally providing part is a bit weak, and good Rally teams seem to very much depend on legendary heroes, especially Lorentheel, but also Alton to a lesser extent to provide Rally (which is definitely needed to perform at all).
It should be fun and worth it to build a Rally team without having either, but currently it's too weak. It is fairly fun though.
I suggest to add a second level to Tathlyn's battle skill, Sage's View, in which it will change to providing Rally every 5th basic attack. His battle skill takes a long time to fire, and due to the nature of Rally disappearing fairly quickly, he's just not enough of a provider of Rally.
With this change, he still will not be great, but his (seeminly) main purpose will be improved and playing around with other Rally providing heroes in a team such as Alvis can provide more powerful and engaging Rally gameplay, without feeling dependent on legendary heroes.
Even though I have not seen any of these types of changes during S1 or now with S2, I hope the devs will consider this one.
