Ungeared hero dialogbox is not displayed anymore at the start of a fight if the checkbox was checked few days ago. Is this option no more reseted every days ?
NB: could be interesting to add the option in the global settings

thank you, here some more informations. The problem seems to depend on the context of the fight : I did get the message in a goblin lair run (for a character which just unlocked the artefact but I didn't equip it), but right after that if I start a fight, in adventure mode, with a ungeared character and I don't have the dialog.
I don't remember to see different beaviors depending of the context (goblin, dungeon, adventure) in season one.
