Stamina Refill keeps Disappearing

I'm having this weird bug where either I'm not getting it from the rewards from anything that gives me it for rewards. I've noticed that the stamina bread we get from rewards would either disappear once I get them, or they would disappear after I restart the game. Anyone else noticing this happening to them?
