Information says that there is not enought alliance members. Is this a bug?

Regarding the gold wing , as it mentions in the screen shot provided that the alliance does not have enough members in the alliance to duel, and if you press on the exclamation mark it will explain exactly what are the rules to duel with other alliance members.

And kindly be noted that 15 active Alliance members required means When the number of alliance members logging in continuously for 3 days and above reaches 15, they can participate in the current duel match.

but we have constant login players at least 15 on 3 days constantly. I check it every day. Whole alliance is very active

That's at least 15 members, and the longest offline activity of players is nearly 1 day, few, not half of alliance or more

Regarding the Alliance issue , kindly be noted that the server is currently about to enter the server merge period, so it will close the matching of agency battles in advance . Currently, all failed matches will prompt insufficient numbers of people. This prompt shows that we will optimize it in the future. Thank you for your feedback
