#Lethander passive not working after 12/15/23 patch

You can see in video the Ultimate Energy tag pops up with enemy deaths, but his bar does not increase.

lol, goblin has 0 energy, its why you still can stolen (your ability) but what you gain is 0
I see, so it's a translation problem. 'Their' in the description refers to the enemy, not the hero. Boo, lots of wasted resources on that hero then.

I tested in goblins before patch and he was popping off. So if it was not working as intended before patch and he was "fixed" then he doesn't really feel like an Epic anymore.

After examining a video provided by you, we observed that there is indeed a power increase notification each time an enemy target is defeated, as indicated within the red box. The skill effect involves adding a fixed amount of power to Lethander when the opponent has no power bar or is a boss. While the numerical increase may be relatively small and not easily noticeable, the presence of the notification ensures that the power is being added as intended.
