Since new season start i dont recive clepsydra points at all even i see them pop in my screan after battles.

Thank you for your patience. Regarding the issue you reported with the Clepsydra points, we have confirmed the following:
The Temporal Vortex has four difficulty levels, and the higher the difficulty, the higher the damage inflicted and the corresponding ranking. Within the same difficulty level, rankings are calculated based on the damage players inflict.
The leaderboard scores are primarily based on the damage values of all participating players on a given day, and the top 300 players are selected for the leaderboard. It's important to note that even if you were on the leaderboard yesterday, it doesn't guarantee your placement on the final leaderboard because rankings can change based on actual circumstances. However, you can compare your actual damage value with the last-ranked player on the leaderboard the next day to see how you performed yesterday. This information can be directly viewed in the game through the event page.
Additionally, the leaderboard refresh is not in real-time and typically occurs approximately every 20 minutes.
