I believe I lost some of my attributes after I used the Misty Lense. This morning I applied my attribute points which took a couple of my skill sets to around level 16/17.
Later in the day I used the Misty Lense to redo my appearance and it gave me only 6 attribute points to distribute. I believe I lost some attribute points to apply
