Issue:
Cannot continue to New Release: Otherworldly Exploration. Says need 100% Progress to continue.

  • I have beaten the Final Boss already.
  • There are no other Quests EXCEPT for the known problematic one, Offering II, involving Crucified Souls.
  • I have 2/3 Crucified Souls. None more have come since Post-South Adenthia and into Teneebria. This has been stuck since after Grumag Instance.
  • I can not remove the Quest once started.

I'd like to move onto the New Gameplay Please. Any Recommendations?

Also (Separate Issue): Whenever I go thru the Customer Service Portal in game, it consistently never loads properly.

Going thru the Customer Service thru Discord #🆘┆customer-service channel still has a chance of it not loading properly, albeit less a chance than thru the Game. Painstakingly, I eventually manage to make a Ticket. If it'll bid me to access it again in the future, I'm uncertain.

Thus, I decided to also post this here: For the most stable format currently. I hope BOTH ISSUES quickly reaches you all and gets resolved. Please and thank you.

Crucified Souls Quest -> Unable to Continue Otherworldly Exploration

Completed Offering Quest Chain 1 & 2. Is there more to finish? If so, where are these NPCs located?

Checking every town / city, Map isn't showing any Purple ?'s so there is no more indication to any more Quests to do.

Someone said that the "100% Progression" is actually Server-wide and not based on the Individual Account, is this true instead? (If true, text wording should be changed to indicate that and a Server-wide Progression Bar provided / linked to another page in game.)

No need. The Issue has been located.
YES, the Red Text Wording IS the Issue.
It's made me AND My Alliance Members go in a Completionistic Frenzy trying to figure out this Issue, thinking it was an Individual Storyline that we had to resolve. It wasn't Individual Status at all.

Another Member sent me this, clarifying that it is the Server / Alliance that needs to Accomplish the Otherworldly Exploration together to unlock the Next Stage.

(1) Please send it to the right Department to change the wording of the Red Text to indicate Server / Alliance Contribution to lessen confusion for Newer Members / Players / Server.
(2) When clicked onto the Page Icon above the Quest Name, when I clicked "Track", it didn't do much and thus enabled more more confusion. I suggest "Track" for Otherworldly Exploration specifically be reprogrammed to open up the Otherworldly Exploration Server / Alliance OR the Information Tab below:
