I bought the epic hero selectable chest and didn't get a hero. now i can't find the chest

steps:
I purchase the epic hero selectable chest
I select view heros to make a selection
I scrolled up/down to see each hero picture and name
I right-clicked a hero I already have to see if I can get the hero description/info
app hung - couldn't select, couldn't scroll, had to hit Escape
now I can't find the chest to select
