#Last patch deleted my bread.

When a new season starts, some of your data will be reserved, while the rest will be cleaned. You can obtain plentiful Echo of Clepsydra from Otherworld Exploration. the Echo of Clepsydra that was obtained in the [S2] will be automatically converted into Pure Sandcore at a ratio of 100:1. You can collect the Pure Sandcore rewards at the Chaos Clepsydra in the new season, then you can use Pure Sandcore to redeem special rewards. Here are rules to retain and clean.
Partial reserved:
- Your unlocked heroes, their Skill Level, and Inspiration Level will be reserved. All your heroes will be reset to Lv.1 at the beginning of each season.
- Your unlocked Artifacts will be reserved. All your Artifacts will be reset to Lv.0 at the beginning of each season.
3.Essence of Creation obtained through Heliolite Dice Summoning will be retained at a certain percentage, regardless of whether it is consumed or not. Also, bonus Essence of Creation will be issued in the next season based on the current season's progress.
All reserved:
- Your unused Pure Sandcore, Wyrmarrows, Dragon Crystals, your dice used for summoning heroes, skill scrolls, unused Monthly Card and unused Imprint Stone will be reserved .
- All your Avatars and Avatar Frames will be reserved.

1.At the beginning of a new Season, you need to explore the world once again to obtain ability points.
2. The Elemental Affinity rules are subject to periodic changes, and the Affinity Level will be fully reset; your unlocked exploration and combat skills will be reserved, and their level will remain unchanged. You can assign your character's attribute points during each new season.
3.The world will be once again covered in fog, and you will need to re-explore the world to unlock teleport points.
4.All items that are not mentioned will be reset. Please refer to the specific reserved list by clicking setting>Clepsydra Trail.
5. All Stamina Restoration items(bread) will be reset too.
Besides, during the first 144 hours after the start of each season, you can reset your heroes' level and have your invested resources refunded. Please note that heroes' skill levels cannot be reset.

I know the new season will delete things such as bread and that is my point. There are still over 17 days to the new season. My server merges won't even be announced for almost 3 days. Deleting my bread now was far ahead of time.
At no time was it announced that the new season would start now, over 2 weeks ahead of time. The patch said it was a preparation for season 2, not season 2 itself. We are literally not in season 2 yet.
Why in the world would we be given a countdown to the next season but the season be changed at a completely different time without even starting the season itself LOL The ONLY effect we have suffered is lost bread because it is a bug. The season 1 has not ended yet and for that reason we still have all of our other currency, gear, gear levels, hero levels, nothing else has been reset, period.
This is the server that I am on. There is no reason for my bread to get reset. Nothing else has been reset.
My server merge hasn't even been announced yet, that happens in 2-3 days.
Patch this! Give me my bread back! It is clearly a bug. wth

Selling bread on battle pass then destroying it because someone messed up during the patch and the answer is "screw you, we aren't fixing it, you lost your money". Not good.

I have the same problem with my monthly card items not transferring to season 2. Also no response here on discord or the in game customer service. Here in a few I’ll just dispute it with Apple.

Thank you for reaching out! We'd like to remind you that the Breads from the Monthly Daily Supply from Three Ears are indeed 30 stamina points each, and they will be delivered to you daily. These stamina points will be directly added to your account, providing a daily boost to your in-game activities.
It's important to note that the Bread props obtained during the game won't be maintained until the next season. However, the available days from the Daily Supply from Three Ears will be reserved for you, ensuring that you can claim them even in the next season.
Please be aware that the stamina bread in the monthly card is not a prop, and as such, it cannot be saved. You can only collect and use it on the same day it is delivered.

Negative. The 12/15+16 were after the patch, I got those after the fact and used them, that does not count. On the 14th I had 16 breads, I used 6 on the 14th and 10 were deleted by the patch. I've also used more after the fact that were obtained after the patch, if you can see this much, you should be able to see that too.
If you look at the times, you can see that I was using those breads on the 14th right before the server went down, I was in the midst of using them as the server went down because I did not know the exact time the server would be going down, I know how many breads I had in my hands right before the server went down and took them from me.
@sturdy pulsar no worries, we have different interpretations of the words fully reserved and unconsumed. I stopped using stamina and auto attacks before the start of season 2. That stamina and auto attacks should have caused over due to it being purchased with real money and not being consumed. Like I said, I won’t be purchasing any monthly cards anymore and this will probably be the last season for me. Thank you for your time.

Checking your last use of a Medium Stamina Bread before maintenance:
On December 15, 2023, at 05:13:55, you used 1 Standard Stamina Bread, leaving you with 0.
On December 14, you used 5 Standard Stamina Breads, starting with 6 and ending with 1 remaining.
On December 13, you used 1 Standard Stamina Bread, starting with 7 and ending with 6 remaining.
On December 12, you used 4 Standard Stamina Breads, starting with 11 and ending with 7 remaining.
On December 11, you gained 4 Standard Stamina Breads, starting with 7 and ending with 11 remaining.
There is no record of you holding 16 Standard Stamina Breads in December. The highest count was on December 9, 2023, at 16:21:33, when you obtained 4 Standard Stamina Breads through the Battle Pass, leaving you with a total of 12.

What this tells me is that the bread data is not being recorded accurately, no surprise there. Me having 10 left before the patch is a fact. Thanks for trying. I'll have to start taking screenshots of my stuff now.

I just purchased the daily supply from 3 ears. Do i get the 30 bread immediately? If yes, where do i claim it?
@raw zodiac Each day, when you log in to the game for the first time, a window will pop up, and you simply need to click on ""Claim Reward"" to receive the rewards, which will be directly sent to your game account.
