I have installed my game through Steam.

I was able to make purchases on friday, but on saturday they broke.

Current situation is:

I have added 99,99 EUR in my Steam wallet
I click on the 99.99 EUR chest in game
Steam overlay pops up. My balance is shown there as 99.99 EUR and I click "Authorize"
But after that I get the error as seen in screenshot

I did reinstall the game, but the issue persists.
