Weeks is a bit of an exaggeration, 65 crystals which is enough for 1 hero to rank 5 takes roughly 11 domain runs.

beg to differ i have to farm on lvl 1 cause my heros r not high enough lvl to do lvl 3 and im still trying to get enough crystals my entire team needs them to lvl up to 3 stars so i can contuin on in the game and farming with them when they r maxed out is aloss of exp so i need to farm with lower lvl heros so the exp is not wasted this is an issue with the macanis of the combat system... since there s only farmsing and crystals to exp heros you cant afford to let any of the exp go to waste when u get it and use the lamps on your main team to lvl them up so you can play on the map and rince and repeat

The battles only give ~200 XP per hero, so a total of 1000 XP per battle. If using max heroes allows you to go up a single level up in the elemental domains, then almost certainly the additional efficiency in farming Sandstone/Flourite/Crystals will allow you to run extra Goblin runs to make up for the XP lost in battle (even a single extra Goblin 1-1 run at the slowest time allows for the same XP as 5 Domain runs). If you really don’t want to deal with the “missing” XP, level your heroes to 1 below max level

ive only cleared the first 2 stages
so what your sujestiong is run stage 2 with maxed out heros
i'll try that next time dont think i'll see much difference

Running stage 2 with maxed out heroes should be a lot more efficient than Stage 1, iirc it’s about 2x the rewards. Even if it’s only +20% you can run 5x Domain Stage 2 and 1 Goblin 1-1 and come out the same
Honestly, you shouldn’t need to run Domain 2 for long. I think I mostly powered through Domain 2 with my main team until I needed to build out a second team for Domain 3 (with the elemental damage weaknesses)
Domain 3->4 is a ~2x increase, and think 4->5 is a bit more than that

What’s your team and what domain? I didn’t start converting/processing materials until needing the 50 Crystals to get to 5* because I couldn’t get the Stage 4 or 5 for some domains.

Yeah, Flame/Frost/Tempest domain. With the elemental affinities, you probably won’t have a single team that can handle all 3 of them, so you probably should be able to complete at least 1 of the Domains a level higher than the one for your main team. For example, my main team was Fire/Poison, which means I had a tough time with Flame Domain to start. So I ran my Fire/Poison team on Frost/Tempest Domain 3 when I could only run Flame Domain 2 in order to build up Enna (for cleansing Burn) and some Necro units for the rest of the team

i think you just need to understand how to do things more efficiently @signal tree ... like mernak was saying, you cant farm fire/poison domain with a team of fire/poison, especially not at level 4 or 5. so to be efficient you need at least 2 actual teams. one to farm fire/poison, the other to farm what you need for your second team. obviously your fire/poison team can farm the cold/necro or lightning/radiance you need... so do that - farm up a team in another domain, then turn around and use that team to farm fire/poison for your main team. back and forth safely, allows you to grind the higher level domains for more of the bigger drops. make sense? just go to #📊┆dragon-lineup-help and ask for some suggestions with screenshots of your roster and i'd be happy to build you team possibilities...

this is my main team thats got me working on lvl 3 of each crystal but can complete them but can farm lvl 2

this is my farm team for exp until i max out then replace and they can farm lvl 1 of any crystals as well as lvl 2 goblins where main is lvl 5 goblins
