About the Horn of Scams

I have been playing this game for 17 days now and I have yet to pull anything worthwhile from the horn of scams.

I have totally opted out the horn of scams out of my game play but the battle pass seems to force me into pulling into it.

So as a suggestion could you remove any requirements that bet us into this scam, please remove it!!

We didn't ask for this feature so no need to scam us on to pulling on it. Thanks in advance.

By worthwhile I mean most uncommon and two rares.

That dice drop rate is abismal, nowhere near any natural odds of a real 20dice. over 60 days in game only one above 15, mostly 5-6-7s. Rares and epics should come up more often IMO

ive had alittle better luck with this then they have but that was early on now im like if i get a roll in double digits which should be atleast 50% of the time considering its 1-20 it seems more like im rolling a d6 instead

It's FREE, it's just a way to give you a CHANCE at an extra hero, you're off your head if you're going into a Horn summon expecting anything higher than a 4

i agree on this one, atleast give us pity like 60/70 try (so it like a month playtime) for 1 epic or some. I know it free but got not a single epic since global launch feel frustrating

Yeah, they should remove the dice animation. It gives a false sense of "oh its 1 out of 20 chance for a leggo"

The only thing that makes sense for horn is to make it a pity 150 lego and 75 epic. Plenty of people get lucky, but it would certainly be nice to add in some positive guarantee to look forward to. 150 horn summons at 2 per day is 75 days, which is 15 days left in the season. Pity epic 75 summons is ~37/38 days and roughly midseason. Pretty fair imo. A lego that late season isnt making to surge up the ranks, and everyone would be around the same timeframe anyway.

now you do not want the free essence of creations given for using the horn daily. I agree its dismal odds but take into consideration the free aspect.

I'd prefer a lego pity to be at 180 (that's a full season without missing a roll), and no epic pity.

It is irrelevant that it's free. Personally, I am not very much offended by the slim chances of the horn, I am offended by the lie. The point is that it is clearly set out to look like the odds of a dice roll, when it's clearly not, and the real odds are concealed. So they are effectively lying about the odds. This is a part of a commercial product, and even though this specific part of the product is free to use it is there to be an incentive to buy something. It is like when a shop has a lottery to draw customer in. Making an incentive to buy on a false ground is amoral at best, and in most countries where commercial legislation makes sense it is also illegal. Even in a free lottery the provider is not allowed to lie about the odds.

they only need to say the exact rate if you're paying for it , ie: heliolite dice, fifa ultimate team packs, Raid Shadow Legends shards etc
the horn is free so they don't need to disclaim any rates. there's no legal case possible against it

i find it crazy how many people think it's a legitimate 1/20 chance when they roll the same dice on a heliolite dice knowing it's a 3% chance

interesting argument but even the d20/d&d game had possibilities to stretch the dice a bit. Just imagine that you need to roll a double 20 with two dice. Suddenly chances aren't linear any more and to get that legendary you'd have a chance of 1:400. The epic roll (two times 16+) would be at 6% and the common roll (two times 5+) would have a 64% chance.
To me it looks like they did something like that. And you'd still really roll dice, just not only one at a time 🙂

1/3 of pulling with dice for free is fair imo

3d10 would be 0.1%

2d20 is 0.25%

I started at day 1 and never get a Legendary Hero from that Horn of Scams -.- i love it.... not

I have over 50+ days in game and not once did Horn drop at 20 …
Highest roll I got was 19 Once … and was essence because dupe and my horn never reached 4/4 stacks using it at cd 🙂
For me biggest heartbreaking was when i pulled for Lossenia on Celestial Banner ; got to 20x Chance with 3x Sagomir dupes and runned out of dices in that week banner... yay 🙂

I am here to say that I’m completely free to play, today marks 36 days of STRAIGHT playing and i pulled 2 LEGENDARIES ( Sagomit and Berengarback to back). I’m here to say i believe in the Horn of the Scams, just like i believe in the Heart of the Cards. 🙏🏾

After 2 month and a half of playing, I seem to have developed Stockholm syndrome towards the horn; I don't seem to be bothered by it anymore. I have also given my horn a name, Logan Paul. Happy new years everyone and a little update for fun.

Starting to consider it a roll for 2-5 points of Essence of Creation.

I know my opinion is going to be hard to hear on this thread but let me tell you one thing.
There are a lot good rares and epics in the game guys. Legendaries, are not as game changing as you think, especially the ones that are available from the horn. It's ok if the free horn sucks because you also get a lot of heliolite dice for free by just playing the game, + you can get even stronger epics and rares just from the starlight dice that come by hundreds, + the game gives you a high amount of skill-ups for the rare heroes and even a decent amount of epic and legendary skill ups when you do the pve content.

Why are you so greedy? Horn doesn't have to give legendary heroes to every player. It only gives you a small chance to get one. It's fine if you don't get a single hero from Horn in 3 or more years.

The problem is that people still have "hope" that they will. Pull something good. Just accept it for what it is, and that you not going to get something good, no expectations = no disappointment.

And, if you do get a good pull, it's a bonus.

There are a lot good rares and epics in the game

The horn legendaries are not top tier / game changing, didn't say they were bad

Horn has very low odds, indeed it is not a D20!

But it takes 1 secs to roll it once a day. Unlike you others might find it not that useless, the crystals are welcomed, and tbh I have pulled a few epics there, others have been lucky with a Legendary. Even if you summon the whole season and you get 1 Legendary out of it to me thats worth it. If for you it is not thats your problem 😉

I went through all of season 1 and now just over a week in season 2 and I have no got a single lego from the horn. Even epics I only have gotten twice
