Je suis bloqué dans le jeu après m'être déconnecté

Bonjour,
Mon personnage est sur le serveur Français121.
Dans la campagne principale, j'ai combattu le grand chef orc et je me suis retrouvé à Uerus. J'ai discuté avec le Halfelin puis je me suis déconnecté.
Maintenant lorsque je me reconnecte je ne suis plus à Uerus et je ne peux pas y retourner ce qui me bloque dans la quête principale.
Le passage n'est pas ouvert et je ne peux ni l'ouvrir ni voyager jusqu"à Uerus pour continuer la quête principale.

I'll just restart but I can't go near Uerus

Try restarting and please try teleporting somewhere else , and try going in the camp and out again.

My problem is not to move but I can't go back tu Uerus. the path is locked by a tunnel who say : "Its seems there a kind o magic seal ahead, there is no way though." and the puzzle to open the tunnel is in the other side...
