Добрый день! При попытке войти на аккаунт появилось окно, что текущий логин истек. Аккаунт был привязан к гугл аккаунту ludmilafilaoo@gmail.com. После этого игра предложила создать нового персонажа. В списке серверов есть только сервер с созданным только что аккаунтом 1 уровня. Скрин с потерявшимся аккаунтом прилагаю. Спасибо за помощь

The account is linked to the google account 'Fifulya1212 Kortochkina' Kindly please try to login with the email associated with this google account to log into the game.
I suggest trying to logout of the google account that you are logged in right now , and log back in again to see if that will make any difference.

Как я могу покупать у официальных лиц, если Вы запретили покупки из России?
Вы прекрасно видите, что я 2 месяца заходил с одного и того же телефона, с одного и того же аккаунта гугл, подтвердил даты и время всех покупок, а в итоге вы покрываете вора, который украл мой аккаунт. Почему для вас подтверждения хозяина аккаунта ничего не значат? Тоесть в вашей игре можно спокойно украсть аккаунт и вы даже ничего не сделаете чтобы помочь его вернуть?
Вы прекрасно видите, что аккаунт привязали к другому аккаунту гугл, видимо заходят в игру из совершенно другого города и для вас это нормально. Отвратительная работа с вашей стороны
