Em uma situação, que eu possua uma habilidade de aplicar penalidade com 100% de chance, e 200 de precisão, e o adversário com 300 de resistência, quais seriam as chances?

Por acaso existe uma fórmula matemática sobre isso pra nos fornecer?

Os status de precisão e resistência tem valor cap? Se sim, quais são?
