Heroes who continue to heal despite having the healing ban debuff

It happens to me especially in PvP with Garius or the Epic Poison Tank that heals in an area. Despite inflicting the healing penalty debuff on them, without having dispelled it, they continue to heal little gradual healings, keep an eye on that if you can. Thank you.

I haven't seen this yet, Just to confirm who's placing the healing prohibition on your team? There's a 50% version and a 100% version

The 50% is called Healing Reduction
The 100% is called Healing Prohibition

Can you confirm which ability it is they are placing? or perhaps who's placing it? May help to isolate the problem as it could be translation issues as well on the character placing it, there's still alot of work on wording for abilities across languages that are being done.
