Leader & vice leaders message to the members of alliance

Please give some patch so the leaders and viceleaders can write message to the all alliance members. Up to this time only way to write info is to add players to friends and chat with them one by one directly. Alliance message can't see that something has appeared on alliance chat, it's not pop up for members. There is no red dot or something similiar. So most info is missing and is not directly input to members
