Increasing stamina cap from 120 to 180/240

Increasing the stamina cap without changing the regeneration of it will give people more flexibility when it comes to logging in. It's just basically to avoid having full stamina as much as possible. Pls implement it. It will give tremendous relief to the players not needing to login for longer period
