in the second video when Vicana ults, the mark only appears in 1 person instead of it being an area of effect which means it implies that the mark affects more than 1 person if there is more than 1 in the target area
In this video you see that the person affected by the mark seems to not be affected when its hit by the rat with poison abilities. It gives off no explosion as Vicana's ult tooltip suggests

Upon verification, Vicana's skills are functioning as intended. Vicana's Ultimate skill has two aspects:
Firstly, it deals damage to all enemies within the selected area, marking the primary target for 10 seconds. Please note that the marking is applied only to the primary target and not to other targets within the area.
Secondly, when the primary target with the mark is affected by the 'posion' status, it inflicts 'poison derived damage' to enemies within the chosen area.
Regarding the 1 minute 36-second video:
At 26 seconds, Vicana cast her ultimate skill on the enemy Horrus, marking him. At 28 seconds, when the 'battle skill' was released, the two enemy heroes behind Horrus suffered 'poison derived damage' of 1882 and 2673 points, respectively.
Regarding the 11-second video:
This occurred because Vicana marks only the primary target, hence only Caraman was marked.
Regarding the 1 minute 13-second video:
At 30 seconds, Vicana cast her ultimate skill on the enemy Garius, marking him. During this time, Shink attempted to apply 'posion' status with the 'battle skill' but failed, hence the 'poison derived damage' from the poison burst did not trigger. At 48 seconds, the mark expired, and during this duration, Shink was unable to successfully release the ultimate skill.
