#No play button on launcher after last patch?

Could you please send us a video screen of the issue it self so we can better assist you further.
That is all that shows. I launch through the exe and this is what shows in the launcher.
I am unable to click settings as well as there is a cross sign
i can click the facebook/discord/website icons thats about it

i downloaded it o my phone i was not able to get it working on my PC

Please click the fix button on the right, if still can not solve the problem, then please try to download the latest version of the launcher on the official website, we have updated to 1.3.34.

I checked but when i downloaded the client it still shows 1.3.33

i have two drive a drive C and D i have tried both Steam and Client launcher both has the same issue both installed on both C and D drives.

Could you please try and disabling the antivirus and then try re-logging to check if the game will request to be updated or not as we need to confirm couple of information.

Both Steam and the official client was tried with this method with same issue, No play button shows up and the official client says 1.3.33

I thried this but it still does not pop up.

I did the install but when the game loads up its the same issue no play option pops up adding system specs.

Could you please add the game to the allowlist in the antivirus that you have installed on the PC to see if that will give sign of the login interface and the play button.
its not blocked that was one of the things i checked.

these are the files i was able to locate as the game is not installed currently on my C drive

Kindly be noted that the logs that got sent are incorrect , could you please check your computer name is admin and if it is , kindly please change it to your personal username and from there we can check what else can be done.
as the game is not installed on my C drive i could not follow the path provided, let me send you all the other log files i was able to locate
