Can you help to explain if this is expected? I have +6 Rune and +7 Negative Rune which is 13, plus the 2 pcs effect for Skill Haste on Legendary gears x 2 (complete) sets, should give me 53 skill haste, right?
#2 pcs effect for Skill Haste on Legendary gears x 2 sets = 20 skill haste only? Is this a bug?

The data displayed on the equipment details interface in our game is displayed using rounding .The panel shows that the Skill Haste of this hero is 32, but the actual value range can be 31.5-32.4，and +6 Rune and +7 Negative Rune should be (5.5-6.4 and 6.5-7.4)

I'm talking about how the gears are computed from the complete sets + adding the Positive and Negative Runes.
On an Epic complete set gears I can get an easy 40 Skill haste from the 4 gears as you can see on the screenshot, the total of my skill haste is 71 because it includes the Positive and Negative Runes Skill haste count. But if I equip my Legendary complete set gears, it only gave me 51. The +20 from the 2-pcs set were missing. I hope I made myself clear. I believe this is a bug on Legendary gears that needs to be corrected.

Kindly be noted that the Legendary Set's 2-piece's effects cannot be triggered repeatedly while wearing 4 same pieces of equipment, but for the Epic Set, it's able to trigger the effect repeatedly while wearing 4 same pieces of equipment.this is a normal setting of the game. As the Legendary 4-piece set will take effect of a two-piece set and a three-piece set at the same time, it’s more powerful in mechanism.
