This would be a very heavy nerf, as if the damage increase effect based on the lost health of the target cannot be applied to vortex bosses or event bosses

yeah, that cannot be applied to the most important content in the game 😦

it can to dungeon bosses, as they lose hp, but I haven't noticed that it works even there, even though it is kind of irrelevant there, as most fights are between 30-60 seconds. that ultimate needs to be reworked a lot.

  1. it should be +170% attack
  2. they could give it some kind of additional effect, for example, just like Philto has, after using the ultimate if the enemy is under frost, fill this hero's ultimate energy by 20%, so he can use it more often. but the damage definitely needs to go up by a lot, not just +110%.
    As well as his base atk, 1500 is too low.
