Regarding the binding issue, it appears that your email has already been linked to another account. Could you please let us know the username of the email you are linking to, and the role ID or character name of the other account that is already linked to your email for further investigation from our end.

@urban root that's the thing, I don't have another account. Only thing I remember binding to that email was the account for the pre-release summons event, but that was only on the event app, not a game account
