I was notified over 2 weeks ago that I won the Dragonheir Discord 100K followers giveaway. The email requested my game Id number so I could be sent my in game rewards. I replied to this email and received an automated response, linking me to your customer support. This support is an automated system, with now ay to actually chat to a person.

I have since wasted hours in this discord and various threads attempting to find a way to resolve this. I have requested contact from a mod multiple times over the past 2 weeks and noone has contacted me. This is a really terrible system and I've now wasted hours of my time trying to resolve this.
