#60 FPS Stutter on Standalone PC Client (Since Launch)

Hey Dragonheir team,

I have noticed really poor performance issues with the PC Standalone client, regardless of game settings or install location.

The attached videos are at highest and lowest settings with the following PC specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
  • AMD Radeon 6900XT
  • 32 GB 3600MHz
  • Win 10 Home Edition, build 19045.3570
  • SSD, WDC WDS500G1B0A-00H9H0, 500gb

This has resulted in me playing mostly on my phone, however I wanted to try again today with a fresh installation and it appears the issue persists (Above videos captured today).

Regarding the lagging/stutter problem, the support are working hard to fix it.
We hope the methods below can help you solve the problem.

  1. Clear your device cache.
  2. Stop running of other applications while playing the game.
  3. Change the network connection.
  4. Reconnect after the game is over.

Hey Lydia,

The above options were not able to resolve the issue, however I wanted to share that swapping the standalone version into windowed mode removed 90% of the stuttering. Significantly improved the performance; so I am not sure if that is a my-end thing or how the game is set for fullscreen.
