Как может на нее накладывать штрафы Гаррика и тамар у которых точности 300+

We would like to let you know that if Resistance is 40 points higher than Accuracy, there will be a 50% probability that Resistance will succeed. If Resistance is 100 points higher than Accuracy, there will be a 95% probability that Resistance will succeed. According to the setting, the higher the Resistance stack, the higher the probability of Resistance success. However, due to the fixed resistance rate of 3%, the probability of Resistance's success can only reach a maximum of 97% and cannot reach 100%.

Я все это знаю ,но у меня получается не 97% а 0%
Каждый удар Гаррика и тамар накладывают штрафы
То есть при 500 сопротивлении ,точности противника 300+ ,я абсолютно всегда получаю штраф

Consequently, Garrika will have 469 points of accuracy, and Tamar will have 454 points of accuracy. if the resistance is higher than 40 points, there is a 50% chance of successful resistance.
If the resistance is higher than 100 points, there is a 95% chance of successful resistance.
