More equipment plans please. I use a unique team for each dungeon and domain. I participate in team pvp. I have six different teams for each of the event bosses. With five heros in each team and each of these challenges requiring different gear twenty plans is nowhere near enough.  I am sure I could make use of fifty and still find myself wanting a few more. However fifty is my suggestion.

Please for the sake of my sanity fix PvP. A simple heal decay after the first 90 seconds would alleviate a great deal of my resentment. I am too competitive to not pursue the rewards offered in all three arena formats. However I am on the verge of quitting the game altogether over the stall meta. If you want my 300 USD per year please fix this soon. I'm already looking for another game where I don't just get stalled by two tanks and three healers. My spare time is of course rather limited because I spend so much time in stall purgatory. Resurrection may also need addressing if heal decay does not correct the meta. I am not a software engineer but I'm sure you have some smart ones working on this game. I'm sure they have plenty on their plate but this is a huge issue, please move it to the front burner.

While I appreciate and utilize the preset timing tool in dungeons it needs some optimization. Turn meter reduction is one of the mechanics and I think it's both interesting and powerful. This mechanism has allowed me to clear content I could not beat any other way. It does however present a huge problem for the preset timer feature. I would like to see an overhaul of the system to accommodate for setting my hero's ultimate directly correspondent to the boss's powers. As an example, I would like my ultimate to provide shields exactly at 0.5 seconds before the boss' ultimate. I would like my heals to pop off 0.5 seconds after the boss does their ultimate. Please don't remove turn meter reduction; it's awesome. Just give us the tools we need to use it on auto.

More resources please. I embrace the seasonal concept. I look forward to building new teams and battling new bosses. The rewards earned for reserved items such as scrolls and essence of creation seems fine to me. The game needs monetization and doling these out in a limited amount encourages the micro transactions that keep the power flowing to the servers. Please double or even triple the rewards for all the unreserved items. I have run Grave of Venom hundreds of times and still don't even have the main stats I'm looking for on gambler gloves or troll chest. I'm not being unreasonable or greedy. I would love optimal substats, don't get me wrong. After this many attempts and not even having the main stats I'm looking for is extremely frustrating. A dynamic solution would be a different kind of salvage and forging process. A different kind of fragment obtained when destroying rather than selling gear. With enough of these fragments you can forge a piece of gear getting to choose its main stat and its initial substats. RNG can still decide which stats get added and which get enhanced.

Please make the heros we can obtain as rewards better. Make them harder to obtain if you like. Make the players work harder for them but make them good. Utior is trash. Liko is, I guess, supposed to be a PvP hero? I can't win with her no matter what team I put her in, however. I'm having way more success with rares than with Liko. Errich is fine. He is not the best but he is playable with the right support for wild. That stupid troll from Fey is so bad I can't even remember his name. Can I trade him in for some xp potions or something? Seriously though improvement is badly needed in this area.

Please allow us to trade in heros at say 4:1 or 5:1 for a hero of our choice from the same rarity. I understand that no game this complex is ever going to achieve perfect balance. Some heros are going to be better than others. Please take some of the feels bad RNG out of the game by allowing us this slow account progression. This way when I open the actual worst legendary hero I can at least shrug it off, telling myself at least it counts towards the one I really want.
