There is nothing can give this player 100 Haste with his current Gears/Runes.
It’s 3vs3 Arena.

@near furnace my concern is his equipment can’t give him 100 Haste with no Legend artifact that provide Skill Haste and also his Runes, armor set and No Inspiration…If you see it normal so I can consider this is Cheat/Hack to take advantage.

In order to reach 100 skill haste .The opponent's hero Tamar has 100 skill haste due to equipment setup. Tamar is equipped with the artifact: Berserker Mask, providing 40 skill haste. Two equipment sets grant 40 skill haste, the Lightning Positive Rune provides 13 skill haste, and the Lightning Negative Rune provides 7 skill haste, totaling exactly 100 skill haste.

@near furnace Here is the screenshot, again, he didnt wear Berserker Mask. So definitely the game display the wrong infomation. Hope you can fix this bug for future.
