#Silverstar Horseshoe not working as intended

The Silverstar Horseshoe passive does not work as mentioned in the tooltip.

The actual chance to trigger is 1-2% (certainly not 20%).
-I ran a 5 minute test with 100 attacks and it only triggered ONCE.
-Then I ran a 3 minute test with 70 attacks and it didn't trigger at all.
If the tooltip is correct, it should trigger about 1 in 5 attacks (with a cooldown of 10 sec).
Please address this to the relevant team because this is clearly not working as intended.

@surreal lynx Dear traveler, thank you for your patience.
we would like to let you know that after actual testing by the team, the buff probability is no problem. The buff exists for 10 seconds and has a cool Down of 10 seconds, which means that the effect cannot be triggered within 10 seconds.

Hi Lydia, as mentioned, I know it has 10 sec duration and 10 sec cooldown. That's not the problem. The problem is that it's not procing 20% of time. It's barely procing 1-2% of times. If you check my video, you see it did no trigger AT ALL in 90 seconds of testing.

if it doesn't proc in 30-50 attacks at all, then that's surely not 20% chance to proc

Hey Lydia. Thanks.
It's not that it's not convenient to me. It's just miscoded.
If it states 20% of time proc rate and it procs 2% of time, that's an error in the code which needs to be corrected. OR, alter the skill description and mention it procs 2% of the time.
