I have two accounts, PC and Apple. PC account as far as attaining Echo of Clepsydra is lvl 31 and ranked top 62%. Apple is lvl 34 and 0 Echo of Clepsydra and not ranked. I am concern with my apple account. Can someone from Dragonheir take a look at this? It's a good account with good heroes, much better than my PC account. Am I missing something? Yes I have been doing the vortex. I have maybe missed one on each account. Help is greatly appreciated. I have halted spending any money on the apple account.

Temporal Vortex is divided into four difficulty levels, the higher the difficulty, the higher the damage value inflicted, and the ranking will be increased accordingly. At the same difficulty level, the ranking is calculated based on the amount of damage caused by the player.
The top scores are mainly based on the damage values of all participating players on that day, and the top 300 players are finally selected to enter the list. It is important to note that even if you were on the list yesterday, it does not mean that you will necessarily end up on the list, as the rankings will change depending on the actual situation. However, you can compare your actual damage to the last place on the leaderboard the next day, so you can see how much damage you did yesterday, which can be viewed in-game via the event page.
In addition, the leaderboards are not refreshed in real time, but are usually refreshed about every 20 minutes.
