Regarding the Rift Hourglass artifact, the numeric bonus of Artifact is divided into two parts.
A: After wearing Artifact, you can see the bonus value directly on the attribute panel.
B: The other part of the value (in the artifact description) will be added to the hero's attributes only after the heroes enter combat status.
